Exmark 36" belt drive Walk-behind commercial mower

Used by a homeowner on a 1/2 acre property for the last 25 years before purchasing a 42" zero turn mower.

Engine was replaced with a brand new unit 15 years ago and mower was 'freshened up' at that time.

During inspection the 12.5hp Kawasaki FB460V engine was found to have low compression. A valve job was performed and the carb was cleaned.

New air/fuel/oil filters installed and an oil change was done

Engine starts on the first pull. Tires are in good shape. It cuts even and drives straight.
